Caden, 11 days new | Brisbane Newborn Photographer

Another boy! Caden joined his family recently, adding another beautiful face to this young South African family. Of course I looked forward to the sibling photos when I saw little Kian’s face! :)

With two little boys I am sure the house is always bustling with energy and fun, and especially when Caden is older I am sure there will never be a dull moment as the two explore and live out their imaginations. Being blessed with two beautiful healthy boys I can only imagine the joy they will bring everyone as their personalities keep developing, and as they show more and more of their parents’ characteristics.Hopefully they’ll be great friends always, with Kian looking out for his little brother.

Caden gave me an adorable smile, loved being wrapped, and was pretty sleepy most of the session – he did really well giving me some different poses and setups to work with and he pulled them off well! Kian also did great in the sibling and family images, he was a busy little guy but gave some beautiful smiles and listened really well.

Newborn photography is so much more than just photos. Newborn photos, when taken professionally, capture the essence of a new baby. Their tiny details, how curly they are, how sweet they sleep, what they might have been like in the womb… Photographing these young babies, often in their first week or ten days of birth, is something truly special to me that I wholeheartedly love and celebrate in my heart.

If you’re reading this and are expecting your own, or someone close to you is, I would LOVE to be considered for your newborn photography. Bookings can be done as early as your 20th week of pregnancy, as we only make the final date once your baby is born. Making a tentative date beforehand ensures you can have peace of mind that the session is scheduled, you won’t forget or get lost in all that’s happening close to the birth, and you can ensure that I am available for your date.
